The healing process

"Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer."

— Rainer Maria Rilke

My Approach

I hold a holistic, humanistic approach in my work with emphasis on the empathic relationship that unfolds during the sessions and the nature of experiences in the here-and-now that engage the body and soul. Still, within the therapeutic context, I combine elements from different psychotherapeutic approaches in a manner that addresses and responds to the unique needs and difficulties of each person.

Therapeutic work is best seen as a process that focuses on the exploration and understanding of our feelings, with the aim to raise awareness on the way we relate with ourselves and others. At the same time, we recognize long-held beliefs that may hold us back from meeting our full potential. As a process,  therapeutic work aims to empower each individual and support them in their own journey of growth so that they see wisdom in their life stories. During discussions, playful musical interactions, the use of sounds along with active and passive music listening, individuals are attuned to their inner voice, soothe their nervous system, and pursue positive change in their lives.
